cOOK cOUTURE

with a few small pieces of cotton that i had brought back from india and a little inspiration from Amy Butler's apron pattern from In Stitches i put this little friend together one saturday morning. 

i felt the colors were appropriate to perfectly match my kitchen during wear ( ;-) very important) and also to get you into that happy baking mood! (i seem to have a new theme developing with my passion for buttery/creamy yellow colors! isn't it funny how sometimes you just start following a color without realizing!)

i tend to get over enthusiastic in the kitchen and this apron is necessary just in time for my big cake baking adventure for my husbands birthday. if the cake looks beautiful enough i may post pictures later! (don't laugh at my modeling, it needed to be shown in action!)
