the special orange cake for my husband's birthday!
the frosting is cream cheese frosting with lots of
orange zest to get the natural orange flavor.
it sat overnight and it really soaked up the zest and had a nice flavor
kind of a marble-ish design on top with red frosting. that's what happens when you don't know where to
stop with the frosting! but it turned out!
preparing. i have a smile on my face in the picture
but i was actually fighting with the melting! frosting!
